Ben Hudson, Owner
Ben Hudson is a seasoned financial operator, strategic advisor, and M&A integration specialist with over a decade of experience helping businesses grow, transform, and execute with clarity.
A licensed CPA, Ben has led finance and accounting functions across industries, integrating more than $1 billion in acquisitions and building scalable systems that bridge the gap between vision and execution.
Throughout his career, Ben has developed a reputation for aligning finance with the operational heartbeat of the business. He’s built finance functions from the ground up, partnered closely with CEOs and department heads, and rolled up his sleeves to navigate complex deal structures, carve-outs, and high-growth environments.
Whether managing a first audit, rebuilding a chart of accounts, or delivering strategic insights to the board, Ben brings a bias toward action and a deep understanding of what drives long-term value.
At Homewood, Ben focuses on opportunities where clarity, discipline, and operational rigor can unlock outsized outcomes. He leads with transparency, encourages plainspoken communication, and believes that great businesses are built when finance and operations pull in the same direction.

Ben’s background spans both public and private companies, PE-backed environments, and founder-led teams. His approach combines technical precision with practical leadership—making him a trusted partner to executives, investors, and operators alike.
